What information will you provide for my invited guests?
We know it is imperative that the content and quality of the PalmerSport event is clearly conveyed to your guests, together with all the information they require to attend. To achieve this, and to minimise your workload, we produce a full colour, 32-page perfect-bound personal invitation brochure for the PalmerSport driving event.
As host you will invite your guests by simply enclosing a Personal Invitation Brochure with your invitation letter stating the date. The PalmerSport driving event enjoys superb acceptance rates because of the clear presentation and obvious quality of the day.

What does the catering include?
All-day catering includes a full English or continental breakfast, a two course waitress-served lunch and afternoon tea. Additional refreshments are available in our trackside hospitality suites throughout the day. A vegetarian alternative is always available on the day and other dietary requirements can be catered for. A menu choice is available for exclusive events only, which we will review with the host. Who will look after my event on the day?
On your event day our PalmerSport team leaders will handle absolutely everything, leaving you to relax, enjoy the day and chat to your guests. Can I bring along non-participants?
Our event is designed for a high level of guest participation, so we do not encourage spectators. However, subject to availability, it is possible to arrange in advance a small number of non-participants to act as hosts to your event. Can I use my company branding at exclusive events?
Your logo can be displayed on our vehicles, on plasma screens in your exclusive hospitality centre, be printed on the certificates each guest receives and also be printed on the trophies for the winning drivers. Should you have corporate pop-up banners or flags that you would like erected, it may be possible to accommodate this. Please contact us for details.
