PalmerSport will welcome a new thoroughbred sports car to its line-up for 2023 with the addition of the stunning Ginetta G56 GTA. Built on the platform of the most successful GT4 race chassis of all time, the Ginetta is purpose-built for on-track performance and it will be available to master at Bedford Autodrome from March next year.
The G56 is a bona fide racing car, as seen at British Touring Car Championship race events, and exclusively at British GT Championship meetings from next season. With a raft of PalmerSport specific upgrades fitted, and an FIA approved chassis designed for pure driving with no compromise on safety, this machine is tailor-made for a full-throttle experience.
At a spritely 1100kg, with perfect 50/50 weight distribution and mounted on race suspension and brakes, this is a nimble machine which responds beautifully to driver commands. And, with Bosch ABS and traction control fitted, guests will have the freedom to comfortably extract as much as they can from the car’s powerful aerodynamics to maximise lap times.
Under the hood, the rear-wheel-drive Ginetta possesses a rumbling 3.7-litre V6 Ford engine, capable of firing up to speeds of 158mph. In PalmerSport spec, the G56 GTA comes equipped with a Hewland MLG-200 gearbox, complete with paddle shift, enabling drivers to seamlessly rev up to the top end of the performance range.
Ginetta G56 GTA to run exclusively on the North Circuit
The Ginetta G56 GTA is the perfect machine in which to conquer Bedford Autodrome’s superb North circuit. A scintillating mix of high-speed bursts and sweeping bends will play to the British sports-racer’s strengths, allowing participants to marvel at both its acceleration and mighty grip levels.
Like all on-circuit activities at PalmerSport, there will be live timing, leaving guests in no doubt who was fastest, with prizes awarded at the end of the event.
This thrilling new addition to the PalmerSport programme replaces the Renault Clio Cup, which has been part of our line-up since 2017. The Clio will remain available to drive at PalmerSport dates until the end of this year’s calendar in December.

PalmerSport operates six days a week (not Sundays) and our season runs from March until early December. Events are run in teams of 15 guests, with a maximum of 5 teams per day. Driving time is always the same, whether you're a private individual attending with family or friends or part of an exclusive corporate booking.
